Over the past few years, we’ve worked hard to establish the Pilotfish name … now it’s time to grow!
We will be adding 2-3 directors to our roster by the end of this year. Criteria we’re looking for include:
- A unique voice and sensibility, who can strengthen and diversify the company reel
- A minimum of 3 commercials on your reel (specs OK)
- An ability to maximize production value with any size budget
- A network of cast and crew that you’re comfortable working with
- A strong leader on set with the ability to manage a range of personalities
- An ability to think fast, adapt to difficult situations
- A willingness to wear multiple hats when necessary, including producing
- A desire to network and promote the company to help us grow
- Excellent communication skills
- Good sense of humor
- All-around kick-ass person
